For orders placed online, justmorocco.com accepts Amex, MasterCard, Visa, Discover . For orders placed by phone, we also accept personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks and wire transfers.  Personal checks are subject to a short holding period.


when do we charge your card?
Orders scheduled to be shipped within one week of order placement are not charged to your card until your order ships. Purchases having long lead times, such as furniture, are charged in two installments: 50% upon order acceptance, and the balance when your merchandise is ready to be delivered.
Payments :
All Justmorocco items are handmade.  Those who are not familiar with handmade items means NOT PERFECT!  All of our products have imperfections. This is not considered damaged or improperly made this is part of the beauty of not being factory made. All of our products are artesiana. Handmade tiles are not perfect they are handmade .  They have bumps, pits, chips, dents and imperfections of all kinds. 
 Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction with our products is guaranteed! General merchandise items may be returned or exchanged in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt with a few exceptions. Furniture , items that need to be shipped by freight, and custom orders are subject to slightly different rules which are described. We no longer allow Moroccan tea glasses to be returned. Tiles, ceramics, vases and pottery, and tea glasses are final sales, we will no allow returns for these items at all. However we do try to work with you if you have problem. Store credits or exchanges will be allowed in certain cases.
justmorocco.com will not refund the shipping charges for returned items nor pay for the shipping of returned items unless the items delivered were either not what you ordered or arrived damaged. In these cases, you must contact us immediately upon receipt and we will arrange for a pickup of the goods.A 15% service fee will be charged on  returned
Freight shipping is a courtsey we extend to our customers worldwide.  Everything leaves our warehouse in good condition.  Insurance is purchased for you on anything you request justmorocco to ship for you.  All shipments must be signed for and inspected. The minute you sign your arrival receipt without noting any damages you have voided your insurance. Justmorocco will not be held liable for any uninspected and undocumented damages. Again we ship at your request as a courtsey. Any refunding for damages will come from the insurance from the freight company. However we will assist in filing a claim for you if in the unfortunate event something gets damaged inroute.
Tiles, sinks, and other valueable ceramics can not be returned for any reason. We do not buy back leftovers.  Be sure to purchase a sample of the tile it is if you are not sure or call and ask questions.
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service  and obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Our store will only be able to accept return packages clearly marked with an RMA number.
Pack and seal your return security in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Packages must be returned postage paid. We also recommend that you insure all packages since otherwise you will be responsible for any damage during the return shipment. justmorocco.com will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Ship the product to us, insured, postage paid.

Please call us before you return any mechandise
    • There is no refund on special orders ( customers can not change their minds and ask for a refund once their special order is being made )
    • Allow up to 3/4 inch error in either direction. The product is handmade and can never be made with the exact measurements ( just approximate).
    • Special orders take up to 120 days or more
    • No refunds for delayed shipments we can not control a foreign country customs & the broker business, you have to wait just like we do ( we do always wait, we just can't control it ) 
    • Refund on damaged items only
