1- What is your shipping policy?

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is calculated separately for general accessories and furniture.
Large items like mosaic tables, marble tables, and wooden furniture typically incur extra shipping charges.

 Furniture Shipping: Furniture is shipped via truck and has its own fee schedule based on the total value of the furniture products.

2- Do you ship within the United States only?

We do ship worldwide. However, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canadais always at an extra cost and requires a custom quote.

3- what is your timeline for the delivery?

 Most items arrive within 3 to 10 business days

For furniture or custom orders, lead times are significantly longer.

4- what kind of payment do you accept?

We do accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, and wire transfers.
Your card is charged when the order ships.

5- Do you custom orders?
 

Furniture: Charged in two installments—50% upon order acceptance and the remaining 50% when the merchandise is ready for delivery.

Special Custom/Orders:These may have different payment terms and are generally non-refundable.

6- What is your return policy?

Returns & Exchanges

General Merchandise: Can be returned or exchanged in original packaging within 10 days of receipt.
 Furniture & Custom Orders: These items are not returnable. Because many pieces are handmade or antique, they are subject to different rules regarding condition and sales finality.

7- Who does manufacture your products?

Products & Customization
 Authenticity: Most pieces are designed by Justmorocco and handmade by artisans in Morocco. All handmade & handcrafted in Morocco.

8- Do you custom projects?

We offer custom services for architectural pieces, including ceilings, doors, kitchen cabinets, and lighting

9- Do you wholesale your products?

We do provide wholesale pricing for retail stores and designers, including full container sales (20ft or High Cube).
